Be cautious about the power of advertising and about those who claim
exclusive skills or who use testimonials or claims of

Ask who does the hair restoration surgery and who prepares and implants the
grafts. Is this largely left to technicians with no medical
experience who are taught by other technicians, or is it done by the
hair transplant surgeon and medically trained registered nurses who are experienced in
the personal and technical side of patient care?
Larger hair replacement sessions with more personnel carry inherent risks of poorer
quality control during the cutting and implanting stages. A
smaller staff directly supervised by the hair transplant surgeon will maintain a high
level of quality and a more predictable outcome.
