Informed Hair Loss Patients:
At the initial hair loss consultation, once we have established the correct
diagnosis and determined that you could indeed benefit from a
hair transplant, we begin to work closely with you to create a relationship
of trust,
understanding and confidence. We feel it is important to listen carefully
to what you want to achieve and then provide you with all the
information necessary to help you realize your hair restoration goals.
Hair Transplant Fees:
We charge by the session and not by the number of grafts. There are
many factors that are important in the planning of a hair transplant.
These include the number of grafts, the size of the grafts, the number
of hairs per graft, the space between the grafts, the space between the
grafts and hair still remaining in the area of hair loss, the
orientation or angle of insertion of the grafts (which changes on
different areas of the head), as well as the future anticipated hair
loss and the objectives of the patient. Because of these and other
variables, it is our view that a fee should be more appropriately based
on the desired cosmetic effect of a session rather than simply
on the number of grafts promised, which by itself has little to do with
the cosmetic outcome.
Our objective is not simply to transplant lots of hair, which by
itself is not a difficult task. Our goal is to perform hair
transplantation discreetly and esthetically, building on the hair that you still
have, so that your final result looks like what you had prior to losing
your hair. In other words, it should not be apparent that you've
had a hair transplant. Proper experienced planning is essential to meet
this critical goal.
Since every patient's hair loss is somewhat unique in terms of pattern, extent of
thinning and baldness, amount of donor hair available and the desired result, we
believe we can give the best and most accurate cost during a personal

Each
hair transplant patient of ours receives close personal attention from Dr. Eisenberg
from the initial hair transplant consultation right through the
post-operative period. Every hair loss situation is assessed individually and a
unique hair restoration plan is developed. Dr. Eisenberg
meets with all prospective candidates personally, and performs all hair
replacement procedures himself with the assistance of an experienced and
dedicated staff. You do not meet with hair transplant consultants, marketing people
or sales people.
