Hair Transplant Photos
These hair transplantation photos have been selected to give you an idea of the type of changes
hair restoration can make. As every individual is different, we encourage you to arrange
a complimentary personal consultation with Dr. Eisenberg.
He will assess your particular hair loss and recommend the best course of action
for you.
Patient #1: Male, 30 years old
| Patient has diffuse hair loss. |
Following extensive grafting there is fine but diffuse coverage over
most of the previously bald area. |
Patient #2: Male, 27 years old
| A young man with thinning of his frontal hairline. |
Following 393 mini and
micrografts through the frontal area, the hairline has a
subtle natural appearance. |
Patient #3: Female, 57 years old
| This middle-aged woman lost hair as a result of a skin disease
which caused scarring. Camouflaging her hair loss was
extremely difficult. |
After transplanting into the area of scarring she was able
to easily camouflage her hair loss with good hair styling. |
Patient #4: Male, 79 years old
| This man has a small tuft of remaining hair without a well-defined
hairline. |
Here 720 1-3 hair micrografts/follicular units fill in
the frontal
area resulting in the patient's objective of achieving a natural, mature, slightly receded
hairline. |
Patient #5: Male, 27 years old
| A) Early stages of hair loss with marked thinning and
recession of hairline |
B) After 644 micrografts and
follicular units to the frontal hairline and the area behind it. The
transplanted hair is pulled back here to clearly show this stage of the
transplant.
| C) An additional
1,400 micrografts are implanted to fill in and soften the hairline, as
well as to increase density to the mid-frontal scalp where further hair
loss had occurred All the grafted hair is pulled back to show the
absence of plugginess or tufting when viewed from above. |
Patient #6: Male, 44 years old
| Complete baldness involving the crown area
and extending to approximately 1" from the receded frontal hairline, which
remained. This created a "Friar Tuck" appearance. |
After 5,000 total minigrafts, micrografts
and follicular units, there is
more than enough density to eliminate the "bald shine" of the
crown and produce an excellent cosmetic result. |
Patient #7: Female, 38 years old
| A wide scar resulting from a facelift did not
permit this patient to wear her hair pulled back. |
After 155 micrografts/follicular units,
the
scars on both sides of her face have been completely camouflaged,
allowing her to wear her hair in any style she wishes. |
Patient #8: Female, 40 years old
| Patient with significant thinning through the
mid-frontal area behind the hairline. |
After only 288 micrografts there is visible
reduction of the transparent appearance of the frontal scalp and marked
reduction in the reflected scalp "shine." |
Patient #9: Male, 23 years old
| Patient has a very thin comb-over effect of
the residual tuft of frontal hair. |
After 1,627 micrografts to
the entire frontal area, the volume or thickness of hair at the frontal
hairline has doubled. Note the
"see-through" natural appearance of the new hairline that has
been created. Density and design are key elements in the creation of a
natural hairline. |
Patient #10: Male, 28 years old
| Patient is in the early stage of hair loss
showing an irregular zone of thinning within the frontal area. |
After 809 micrografts/follicular units the
new hairline and frontal area have significant density and a natural appearance. The transplanted
hair blends evenly with his natural hair making the transplant virtually
undetectable. |
